| 摘 要： | 对于现代城市来说,经济是现代城市的力量,景色是现代城市的形象,文化才是现代城市的灵魂。独特鲜明的城市文化对城市文化产业和城市经济的发展有着巨大的促进作用。城市的个性、品位和文化内涵不仅来自历史进程中的自然积淀,也来自时代需求和人为的塑造。作为城市灵魂的文化精神,自然也有格调品味的高下优劣之分。
