无水溶胶凝胶法制备LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C正极材料及其性能研究

摘    要:在无水溶胶凝胶法基础上,以Fe3+盐为铁源,添加聚乙二醇-400作为表面活性剂,制备了掺杂钴的LiFePO4/C正极材料(LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C,x=0,0.05,0.1)。并通过XRD、SEM、恒流充放电等方法研究了不同钴掺杂量对LiFePO4/C结构、形貌和电化学性能的影响。

Abstract:LiFe1-xCoxPO4/C ( x = 0, 0.05, 0.1 ), positive material was synthesized for Li - ion batteries by sol - gel method with Fe (III) salt as Fe source and with PEG - 400 as assistant. The effect of different amount of Co. or, the crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical performance of the samples of LiFePO4/C were studied by XRD, SEM and galvanostatic charge -discharge methods.
