| 摘 要： | 随着教育部高教司大学英语课程教学要求的出台，如何提高中国大学生的英语交际能力已经成为一项紧迫的课题。作为跨文化交际的媒介，口语能力必然包含跨文化能力，而目前的大学英语口语测试并未涵盖对学生文化能力的评估。鉴于测试对教学具有强大的反拉作用，各高校不仅有必要设立口语测试，而且应该把跨文化能力纳入口语测试的范围，从而推动大学英语口语教学和文化教学，提高中国大学生的英语口语交际能力。

| Abstract: | With the publication of the College English Curriculum Requirements set by the Department of Higher Education, it becomes more urgent to improve the communicative competence of Chinese college students. Speaking ability, medium of cross - cultural communication undoubtedly contains cross - cultural comnetence.which is not yet covered in the College English speaking test. Since testing has great washback effects on teaching, it is not only necessary for colleges and universities to establish a speaking test but also to incorporate cross - cultural competence. This is bound to promote the instruction of oral English and cultural awareness in College English teaching and improve English communicative competence on the part of Chinese college students. |
