瑜珈练习对大学生IgG水平的影响

摘    要:为研究瑜伽健身术对女大学生Igc的影响,将30名女大学生分为三组.A组每周进行3次瑜伽练习,B组每周进行1次瑜伽练习,C组为对照组,不进行瑜珈练习.进行8周实验,在练习前后对各组进行免疫力指标IgG的测试.研究结论:A、B组均能提高IgG的水平,但A组与练习前相比差异非常显著(p<0.01),B组差异显著(p<0.05).

Abstract:To study yoga's immunity effect on female students,30 female college students were divided into Group A(three times a week),Group B(once a week) and Group C.The students were tested about their lgG level before the exercise and after eight weeks.Conclusion: both once and three times a week's Yoga exercises can raise the students' IgG level.But the effect of three times a week's yoga exercises is more evident.
