| 摘 要： | 确保新时期党员的质量,要严格坚持党员标准,始终把政治标准放在首位,加强入党积极分子培养教育,提高发展党员质量,强化党员管理,严格党内组织生活,及时处置不合格党员。因此,要把好党员质量"入口"关,控制党员发展规模,从源头上保证党员队伍的纯洁性;加强对党员的教育和管理,全面提升党员队伍素质,减少不合格党员数量;完善退出机制,及时处置不合格党员。尤其是在处置不合格党员问题上,既要把好政策界限,更要加大处置力度,采取相应的组织措施,把那些不合格党员清除出党,从而保持党的纯洁性,进一步提高党的战斗力,使中国共产党始终成为中国特色社会主义坚强领导核心。

Towards the Quality of CPC Member in New Times |

| Abstract: | To ensure the quality of CPC Member, it is essential to stick to the requirements ior CPC member, especially the first requirement for political status. While enhancing the training of activists of Party application, it is essential to restrict the management of Party members and handle unqualified members. This paper proposes to ensure the quality of CPC member by restricting the enrollment of new Party member, improving the management of Party members and handling unqualified Party members. To ensure that the CPC＇s core leadership in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is especially important to punish the unqualified Party members according to the policy. |
