航天诱导凤仙花SP4植株10种微量元素含量变化

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了凤仙花中微量元素(Ca,Mg,K,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Co,Ni和Fe)的含量,并对结果进行了分析比较。结果表明:(1)该方法的加标回收率为97.2%-103.2%,RSD〈2.7%,具有良好的准确度和精密度。(2)航天诱导对凤仙花植株的微量元素的积累产生了重要的影响,根中Fe的含量是对照植株的3.36倍,叶中Cr元素的含量为未经搭载亲本的50%。人体必需的重要微量元素Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu等含量均较高。

Abstract:The contents of the trace elements: Ca,Mg,K,Cu,Zn,Mn,Cr,Co,Ni and Fe in the Impatiens balsamina have been determined by flame atomic absorption method.The results indicate that:(1) The recovery is about 97.2%-103.2%,and the RSD<2.7%,with good accuracy and precision.(2) Spaceflight induces the variation of the content of trace elements,the content of Fe in the roots of mutant line in SP4 generation is 3.36 times higher than those of CK and the content of Cr in the leaves of mutant line is only 50% of that in...
