| Abstract: | To meet the changes of the market environment,a sustainable competitive advantage has to be established by any enterprises.In this article the author has discussed the relation between the competitive advantage and the organization learning in a new perspective the perspective of the guidance of the market.And the author has also put forward some suggestions about how to realize the organization learning in an enterprise with the guidance of the market itself. |
