| 摘 要： | 当前异常严峻的大学生就业形势将长期存在,大学生就业的主体意识普遍缺乏,部分高校对就业教育重视不够、认识不足,教育理念封闭滞后,就业教育方式单一,缺乏与社会结合,不能适应社会需求等不足,就业教育效果不尽人意,高校毕业生就业困难进一步加大。绵阳师范学院通过多年的探索与实践,不断完善就业教育的内容体系、实施途径与保障机制,大大提升了教育效果,为高校创新了就业教育体系构建了值得借鉴的"大就业教育"新模式。
