| 摘 要： | 资本主义制度下生产社会化与生产资料私人占有的内在矛盾是此次金融危机的根本原因,资本过剩使得脱离实体经济的虚拟经济过度发展,金融衍生品的恶性膨胀是此次金融危机的直接原因。西方主流经济学漠视经济活动的道德约束,视财富增长为经济活动的唯一目标,华尔街金融高管所表现出的贪婪本性则起着推波助澜的恶劣作用。资本的贪婪及逐利中对他人与公共利益的漠视与恶意伤害,使得经济学的道德回归有着重要的现实价值。
