| Abstract: | In vocational colleges, the quality of running the college journal has a close relationship with the quality and ability of editors. From the two aspects of ideological and political quality and professional quality, this paper discusses the editors＇ essential qualities of political ideas, laws and regulations and moral characters. Meanwhile, this paper also discusses the editors＇ writing ability, learning ability, scientific research ability and ability to coordinate public relations. |
