摘    要:本研究采用问卷法考查大学生硬笔书法成绩与心理健康的关系。结果发现:钢笔书法成绩与SCL-90分数不存在显著的相关,但是钢笔书法成绩与其中一组被试的消极情感分数存在显著的负相关。本研究提示硬笔书法练习可能具有降低消极情绪,探讨硬笔书法练习也有助于更深入地理解软笔书法练习的健心机制。

Abstract:To find the relationship between the calligraphic performance by the hard-tipped pen practice and the mental health, the data have been collected through the questionnaire for college students. The results show that there is a lack of the significant correlation between college students SCL-90 scores and their calligraphic performance while there is a significant negative correlation between their negative-emotion scores and their hard-tipped pen performance of one subject group. Our results demonstrate that the practice through the hard-tipped pen is conductive to the decrease of the level of negative emo- tions and the study of this calligraphic practice is also helpful for people's better understanding of the positive mechanism of calligraphy through the Chinese brush to build up their mental health.
