| 摘 要： | 当代大学生强烈地渴望友情,想得到和给予异性爱情,而这些需要的满足依托于交往能力的提高。但事实上,大学生＂不知如何与人交往＂成为越来越严重的问题。大学生情感需要的强烈与交往能力的不足是德育不得不重视的一个问题。要提高大学生的交往能力,以满足他们的情感需求,高校必须践行＂以生为本＂的理念,优化教育环境;加强高校组织管理中子系统的管理和建设,增强集体的凝聚力;加强大学生心理健康教育,提高他们的移情能力;加强对大学生的道德情感培养和行为训练,培养他们的＂亲社会＂行为。

| Abstract: | Contemporary college students strongly long for friendship.They hope to be loved and to love the opposite sex.It is based on the improvement of interpersonal ability to meet those needs.As a matter of fact,however,the problem that they are not good at communicating with others is getting more and more severe.We have to attach great importance to the intensity of their needs of those feelings as well as the lack of their interpersonal abilities.Therefore,in order to improve their abilities so as to meet their needs,the author think that college authorities are bound to adopt the students-oriented policy and to rationalize environment for education.They ought to strengthen the administration and construction of its subsystem,and increase the collective＇s cohesion as well.In addition,those who are in charge must heighten the undergraduates＇ mental health education and promote their ability to change feelings.Finally,they need to develop their moral emotions and carry out their behavior trainings,making them love the society. |
