| 摘 要： | 教师不健康的心理会严重影响他们的工作和生活,而且也会影响学生的认知和发展。目前,中小学教师的心理健康存在着严重的问题,必须引起足够的重视。该文从社会、学校、家庭三方面研究了影响教师心理健康的因素,并从社会、学校、个人的角度就教师心理健康维护提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Teachers' unhealthy mentality will seriously affect their work and life,and also can affect the students' cognition and development.At present,there are serious problems in the mental health of primary and secondary school teachers,which should be given enough attention.In this article,the author studies the elements that affect teachers' mental health from the aspects of society,schools and families,and then,raises relevant ways on teachers' mental health maintenance. |
