摘    要:针对目前汽车仪表指针压装中存在的缺陷,设计了一套基于西门子PLC和触摸屏技术的汽车仪表指针自动压装控制系统.该系统能够对汽车仪表指针压装质量进行实时监控,且具有提高压装效率的优点.此系统已形成产品并投入实际生产使用,满足了当前汽车仪表装配企业生产的技术要求.

Abstract:Aiming at the current flaws in auto Meter pointer press-fit, an automotive instrument pointer press-fit control system based on Siemens PLC and touch screen technology was designed. The system is capable of real-time monitoring auto meter pointer crimping quality, and has the advantage of improving the efficiency of press-fit. This system has been the formation of product and put into practical productive use , to meet the current auto meter assembly companies production technical requirements.
