| 摘 要： | 加强农村社会主义精神文明建设是落实江泽民同志“三个代表”的重要内容之一 ,我们应进一步加强领导 ,完善各种机制 ;以人为本 ,加强思想、文化、科技、法律等方面知识的普及教育 ,提高农民的思想道德和科学文化素质 ;加大建设投入 ,开展多种形式的创建活动 ;加强制度、法律保障体系建设 ;坚持不懈地抓好文化科技卫生“三下乡”活动

| Abstract: | The socialist spiritual civilization in the countryside should take the following measures: to strengthen leadership and protect all of the systems, to strengthen the education of the peasants in thought, culture, science and technology, law and so on, to improve their innate quality, to increase investment and widen the investment channels, to carry out many patterns of foundational actions, to strengthen system and law construction, to send culture and science and hygiene to the countryside tightly. |
