| 摘 要： | 高校后勤社会化改革经过几年时间的发展取得了很大的成绩.随着社会主义市场经济体制的进一步完善和高校后勤社会化改革的不断深入,国有资产的管理也出现了一系列的问题.如何加强国有资产的管理,提高资产使用效率,确保国有资产的保值增值,不仅对于高校的发展,而且对于高校后勤集团建立现代企业制度有着重要的意义.

| Abstract: | The socializing of rear services in colleges and universities has achieved good results during its development in recent years.However,with the further improvement of socialist market economy system and deepening of socializing reform of rear services in colleges and universities,a series of problems arise in management on state-owned properties.How to intensify the management on state-owned properties,enhance the effectiveness in using of them,and ensure the value insuring and value increasing of them,is very important not only for the development of colleges and universities,but also for the setting up modern industrial system by rear services companies in colleges and universities. |
