人力资源投资的博弈分析

摘    要:通过对企业的人力资源投资进行分析,分别建立无约束人力资源投资与带约束人力资源投资的支付矩阵,并结合实际,分析两个支付矩阵的均衡点,得出中小型企业、私营企业与大型企业、国家机关等对人力资源投资的两种不同决策.

Abstract:This paper, through an analysis of the manpower resource investment of business enterprises, establishes no stipulation manpower resource investment and stipulation manpower resource investment respectively. Then, in the light of some specific conditions, the author discusses the equilibrium point of the two kinds of investments, and finds two different strategies of manpower resource investment between small and medium-sized enterprises, private companies and large business corporations and national organizations.
