| 摘 要： | 高职院校每年新增实训设备生均值是影响毕业生就业率的重要因素,建立两者关系的阻滞增长模型,求出单位资金的利用效率最大时的新增实训设备生均值,对各高职院校实训设备投入资金的管理有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | The annual new adding per capita value of training equipment in vocational colleges is the key factor influencing the graduates' employment rate.This paper discusses that establishing the block-growth model between the per capita value and the employment rate,and finding the most efficient use of funds as the new adding per capita value of training equipment have certain reference values in managing the funds for equipment investment in vocational colleges. |
