摘    要:利用毛细管电泳方法对敦煌莫高窟地仗盐害土样浸泡溶液中氯离子、硫酸根、硝酸根,钠离子,钾离子,钙离子,镁离子等无机离子进行了测定分离,探讨了毛细管电泳的常用分离优化条件对莫高窟地仗盐害土样中无机阴阳离子的分离分析影响.敦煌莫高窟地仗盐害土样浸泡液中无机离子的毛细管电泳测定分析结果与其他方法相比,具有分离快速、样品用量少、污染小等优势.

Abstract:The capillary electrophoresis method was used to detect and separate ions in the solution of salt injured wall painting in Dunhuang frescoes,such as Cl-,SO42-,NO3-,Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,etc.In this study,we also optimized the normal separation condition to analysis the cations and anions in the salt injured soil samples.Comparing to the other methods,it has the following advantages:fast separation,less sample consumption,and little pollution,etc.
