摘    要:网络环境下的高校图书馆用户教育,需要面对新的形势与挑战,不断创新教育的形式和内容,探索一种新的学科化用户教育模式——组建一支具有不同学科知识背景、胜任课堂教学、检索技能优势互补的学科馆员师资队伍,在实施馆本培训、检索课教学、专题讲座、新生入馆教育等工作中,充分考虑用户所学专业及信息需求的差异,形成鲜明的学科化用户教育特色,提高师生多元化、专业化的信息获取水平。

Abstract:In the network, the user education for the university library should meet the challenge of the new sit-uation, make innovations in educational form and content, exploring a new user education model based on subject. A group of librarians with different subject backgrounds should be set up, who are qualified for classroom teaching and skillful in the retrieval. In the iinplemention of school-based training, retrieval teaching,lectures,library entry edu- cation for freshmen and other work, attention should be paid to the difference between users' specialty and informa-tion requirement. And efforts need to be made to form distinctive features and improve teachers' and students' di-versified and professional capacities to obtain information.
