摘    要:应用盆栽试验,研究不同喷硒时期和喷硒浓度,对小青菜硒含量及品质的影响,结果表明,以第一种方式喷硒,浓度为1mg/L时,小青菜中Ve、胡萝卜素、粗纤维含量分别是对照的2,2.5,10倍,微量元素锌、硒含量是对照的14,1.5倍,矿质元素Mg,Ca,K在一定浓度下有不同程度提高,Fe含量较对照低,但没达到显著水平.综合分析,叶面喷硒能改善小青菜的品质,增加硒含量.

Abstract:With soil experiment in pots, this paper probes into the effects of foliar application of selenium on selenium content and quality of small vegetables in different times and concentrations. Results show that, in the first way,selenium spraying with concentration of ling/L, Vc,carotin and crude fiber content of small vegetables was 2,2.5 and 10 times;trace elements Zn and Se were 14 and 1.5 times of that of control respectively. Mineral Mg,K and Ca increased to different extents. Fe absorption decreased compared with control ; but it did not reach the statistical significant level. The quality of small vegetables can be further improved and Se content can be increased by using foliar application of Se.
