| 摘 要： | 源于新自由主义经济学的教育券,是一种具有全新治理理念的工具类型,其实质是在教育服务中引入市场机制的一种制度安排,它从学生和家长的角度通过强化其选择权而巧妙植入市场竞争机制.迄今为止,人们提出和探讨了多种教育券工具模型,其应用凝结着决策者的教育价值取向和教育改革构想,折射出丰富的经济学、政治学和社会学等学科的理论意涵.
