| 摘 要： | 美国学校责任保险的产生始于政府豁免权的弱化,有着较长的历史。其投保方式规范,险种丰富,申请材料、除外责任、事故报告程序等规定明确具体。具有投保范围广,覆盖面大;险种经历了不断丰富的过程;保险制度相对完善;与学生意外伤害保险并行不悖等特点。

| Abstract: | School Liability Insurance in America started early due to the abrogation of government immunity.There are clear liability regulations,detailed application,and integrated reporting,etc.for this system.The features of this insurance include that the weakening of government immunity caused its emergence,having broad coverage and completed insurance system and parallel well with Student Accident Insurance. |
