| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化包括许多方面,如在课程中引入国际观念、师生人员的国际交流、学历证书的认可、比较和转换教育信息、技术与设施的跨国交流等内容,其中的学生流动无疑是一个不可或缺的组成部分.本文从流入与流出、所选学科、学生层次、收费政策等四个方面论述了国际学生流动过程中的不均衡现象,呼吁要认真对待人才外流这一严重问题.

| Abstract: | As the main stream of reform and development in the 21st century, the internationalization of higher education embraces international ideas in courses, exchange of staff and students, recognition of certificates and transfer of educational information and technology and so on. The dissertation disclosed the unevenness in terms of coming and going, disciplines, student level and tuition policy and calls on people to be aware of the seriousness of brain drain. |
