| 摘 要： | 美国的危机管理体系是构筑在整体治理的基础上,通过法制化手段,将完备的危机应对计划、高效的核心协调机构和全面的危机管理网络整合在一起.同样,美国的各级政府都对学校的危机管理给予相当的重视,制定了一系列的政策法规,并有详细的操作指南.学校危机管理主要包括危机预防与预警、学校危机教育、学生危机心理的缓解和引导以及动员社会力量的参与等方面.借鉴美国学校危机管理的理论和经验,对中国学校建立和完善自身的危机管理体制是相当有益的.

| Abstract: | The crisis management system of the United States is based on the whole management, which integrates the complete crisis copying plans and efficient core moderate organizations with complete crisis management networks by legal means. The governments at different levels in the United States attach great importance to the crisis management of the school and have established a series of policies and legislation and detailed operation guideline. The school crisis management includes the crisis prevention primarily and early warning, the school crisis education, the alleviation and guidance of the crisis mental state of the students and mobilization of the participation of social force, etc. It is very beneficial to learn from the theories and experiences of the school crisis management of the United States to establish and improve crisis management system in Chinese schools. |
