| 摘 要： | 本文从分析牛津大学治理改革背后驱动力开始,围绕牛津大学近2年发布的三个文件,综述了牛津大学近期治理结构改革构想的进程和内容.最后文章评析了从牛津大学治理改革构想进程和内容中反映出的学术治理和机构治理、学院制和中央集权制两大矛盾.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the impetus to reform of Oxford University's governance,summarizes the process and content of three important documents issued by Oxford University over the past two years.It ends by commenting on two pairs of contradiction reflected in the process and content of the design of Oxford's Governance reform.They are academic governance versus institutional governance and collegiality versus centralism. |
