| 摘 要： | 评估型政府的概念揭示了西欧乃至世界范围高等教育改革的实质,为我们提供了一个分析高等教育改革的全新视角。评估型政府是各国为适应高等教育大众化而采取的重要战略。评估型政府追求质量、效率与绩效,重视评估并强调评估机构的地位与作用,实现了高等教育价值理念和市场、政府与高校之间关系的重构。本文将首先阐释评估型政府的概念、背景及其理念,并以此为视角对英国以评估型政府为特征的改革进行分析和反思。
