| 摘 要： | 近年美国南加州大学的募捐行动可以说是美国大学向社会募捐的一个典范.其募捐成功得益于三个重要因素:南加州大学的募捐战略、募捐的人力资源团队和募捐的运营模式.由此可见,大学的发展战略与大学募捐战略是不可分割的;它不是一个简单的意愿或是一项单独的战略,而是一组相互协同、综合影响的战略;大学募捐需要有相应的社会环境和与之匹配的政策支持.

| Abstract: | The fund-raising campaign in Southern California University in America in recent years is a good example of fund-raising from the society. Three fund-raising strategies have been adopted by Southern California University: The university's strategic plan makes a good foundation for the fund-raising; a strong fund-raising team ensures the success of the campaign; the way of governance of Southern California University work as a good condition for the campaign. Of course,the success of fund-raising of Southern California University is also related with the social environment. |
