摘    要:澳大利亚乡村教师支持系统经历了从"不足模式"到"拟合模式"的路径转变."不足模式"注重以物质条件吸引教师赴乡村工作,然而大量教师在乡村社会空间历经种种挫折之后选择离职."拟合模式"则立足于乡村教师与乡村社会空间的契合,通过专项支持消解社会文化与地理环境的落差,发展教师共同体,营造支持性的学校组织环境,发展基于场域的实践,优化乡村教室教学空间,使教师扎根成为立足于乡村教育的在地工作者.

Abstract:Teacher support in rural and remote areas of Australia has experienced a path transformation from the deficit model to the fit model. The deficit model emphasizes using external incentives to attract and retain teachers to rural locations. Nevertheless, a large proportion of rural teachers in Australia chose to leave rural schools after facing various barriers in rural schools. The fit model focuses on the extent to which rural teachers fit the located environment. It employed specific supportive policies to increase teachers' satisfaction with the socio-cultural and geographic environment, built teacher communities to cultivate collective school environment, and developed rural workplace practice to optimize social classroom teaching space. As a result, rural teachers in Australia developed their own understanding of rural work life, and integrated their roles with rural social space.
