| 摘 要： | 美国是世界上科学技术和经济最发达的国家。始终领先于世界各国的大学科技资源配置是美国成功的一个最重要的原因。大学高质量、大规模、大力度的科技资源配置所激发出的科技创新力量为美国创造了举世瞩目的效益。美国在大学科技资源配置方面的做法很值得我们在实施“科教兴国”战略以及规划高校科技发展的过程中思考和借鉴。

The great creativity excited by the distribution brings in remarkable benefits for the U.S. The methods the U.S. uses in distributing its science and technology resources in universities are worth our reflecting on and referring to in planning the development of science and technology in China. |
