| Abstract: | The primary purpose of this study is to get updated about the issues regarding academic dishonesty in American higher education. It summarizes the causes for the charges of relevant contract breach occurred between students and their institutions over the past twenty years. It analyzes how the courts handled these charges, exploring the potential impacts of the case law standards on the academic integrity policy and practice of U.S. colleges and universities. |
