| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的到来,大学已经由社会的边缘组织转变为经济社会的轴心机构,在实现创新、促进区域经济发展、提升国家核心竞争力等方面发挥越来越重要的作用。为了平衡社会外部需求与自身发展,一些具有企业家精神的美国研究型大学正在调整其传统的职能,一种新的大学发展模式——创业型大学日渐崛起。分析美国创业型大学的内涵、崛起的动力机制和典型特征,使我们认识到创业型大学对知识经济的重要意义,并为我国研究型大学的发展提供有益的启示。
