| 摘 要： | 加入WTO对我国教育的影响不仅是多层面、多角度的，而且形成一种机遇和挑战并存的态势。就教育法制建设而言，加入WTO将对我国教育立法、教育执法、教育司法、教育守法等方面产生不同程度的影响。对此，应采取的主要对策有：进一步加强和完善教育立法；大力推进依法行政；建立和健全教育司法制度；构建教育安全法律预警机制。

| Abstract: | To join WTO, which influences education in China at all levels, will bring us opportunities as well as challenges. This paper holds that the main countermeasures to the construction of educational legislation are as follows: to improve educational legislation, to strengthen the enforcement of educational law, to perfect educational judicature, and to construct the legal forecasting system of educational security. |
