| 摘 要： | 科研团队建设问题已经成为我国科技力量发展的重要问题,高校则在我国的科研团队建设中扮演着主力军的作用,高校的科研实力与能力如何直接关系到我国未来的经济、军事发展水平。因此,重新认识高校科研团队建设的时代价值与社会价值,对我国高校科研团队建设有着重要的意义。基于此,通过对已有的高校科研团队建设的研究特点进行分析,指出我国高校科研团队建设不足所在,并提出建设性的意见。
