| 摘 要： | 校企共同体是校企合作的新型组织形态，是高职院校创新校企合作体制机制的突破口。通过对广州铁路职业技术学院构建校企共同体模式的经验总结，提出优化校企合作环境、理顺校企合作关系和建立校企运行机制等措施来保障校企共同体的良性运行。

| Abstract: | ＂Integration of Colleges and Enterprises＂ is a new form of the cooperation of colleges and enterprises. It is a breakthrough innovation and institutional mechanisms for vocational colleges. Based on the construction of the Guangzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College Community college-enterprise model experience, this article has put forward the ideas of optimizing the college and enterprise cooperation environment, rationalizing the relationship between colleges and enterprises and establishing college-enterprise operational mechanism to guarantee the sound operation of college-enterprise community. |
