| 摘 要： | 商法课程群教学体系以＂商法＂课为核心,由多门商事法律课程组成。教学实践中,商法课程群教学体系存在教学目标不明确、理论教学和实践教学比例失衡、课程间的衔接不到位、与其他课程缺少协调和教学师资队伍水平有待提高等问题,不能完全适应商法教学的要求和满足法学人才培养的需要。应当以培养商事法务实践人才为目标,对商法课程群教学体系作出改革。具体措施包括合理设置课程体系,区分＂总论＂基础课、＂分论＂必修课和选修课,并选取适当的教材,尝试＂一本多课＂;增加实践教学课程,开设商事法务综合实践课程;注重与其他经济管理类课程的协调与配套,培养学生的多学科知识结构;以及通过多种手段和途径打造高水平的商法教学团队,提升商法教学水平,促进商法教学体系改革的实现。

| Abstract: | The teaching system of business law curriculum group,which consists of several commercial law courses,takes the business law course as the core.In practice,there exist a couple of problems in teaching system of business law curriculum group,such as the absence of clear teaching objectives,the imbalance between theory teaching and practical teaching,the lack of connection between courses,the lack of coordination with other courses and the poor teaching level and the like.Due to the problems,the existing teaching system cannot fully meet the needs of business law education and legal talents training.Thus,the reform of the teaching system of business law curriculum group should be taken for the purpose of training practical talents in business law.As to the measures,they include reasonable setting of the curriculum system;distinguishing the general basic course,the required courses and selective courses;the selection of appropriate teaching materials and the trial of ＂one teachign material,many courses＂;increasing practical courses,and setting up comprehensive practical courses of business law;emphasizing the coordination between business law and economic and administrative courses,so as to train students＇ knowledge structure of multi-discipline;and along with construction of high-level teaching team through all kinds of means and approaches in order to improve the teaching level and realize the reform of teaching system of business law. |
