| 摘 要： | 通过对我国普通高校高水平运动员选材途径以及现状分析，以燕山大学具体情况为例，阐述了高校应根据各地不同条件和情况，用创办一两支高水平运动队作为突破口，合理布局带动其它项目的发展搞好高校体育建设，形成有自己特色的体育文化，以利于我国高校高水平运动队的发展。

| Abstract: | Through analysis on players selection approach and present condition of high level players in higher schools in China,by taking Yanshan university for example,this paper states the points as follows:higher schools should establish one or two high level sports team in the light of various conditions of P.E.in higher schools.In tlfisway,the characteristic P.E. culture will be cultivated,and it will do good to the develop- ment of high level sports team in higher schools. |
