| Abstract: | The important project, the institute of higher learning are faced with, is how to deepen the teaching reform so as to foster the innovative talents. Based on the analysis for both the advantages and disadvantages between the academic year system and the credit one, combining with the difficult position in the process of credit system reform, the problems put forth effort during the implementation of the credit system have been put forward. |
