| 摘 要： | 改变实验教学依附于理论教学的传统观念，以‘提高实践能力，培养创新精神”为人才培养目标，结合燕山大学电子实验中心创新型人才培养实践，研究在管理平台、实验教学、创新实验室、开放政策和制度、就业培训、科技竞赛等各方面，电工电子实验中心创新型人才培养方案设计。
