| 摘 要： | 基础教育、高等教育与社会就业是一个链条中的三个关键环节。高等教育在三个环节中处于承上启下的地位。各环节之间在人才培养方面存在缺失和错位。弥补缺失、纠正错位，高等教育具有特殊作用。
