| 摘 要： | 德国之所以成为世界经济强国是与它职业教育的良好发展密不可分的。从其职业教育的基本制度——双轨制到其职业教育的管理,从其完备的职业教育立法、完善的职业教师培训制度到重视学生实践的能力,这些都是德国职业教育的成功经验。从这些经验当中可以找到适合于我国职业教育发展的东西。

| Abstract: | The vocational education of Germany is very flourishing. There are perfeet systems of the vocational education, rig- orous institition of the teacher training and correlative statue of the vocational education. The dual system of vocational training in Germany is the "secret weapon" which stimulates German economy. The vocational education of Germany is a model in the model. It gives us a lot of enlightenments for our vocational education. |
