| 摘 要： | “有偿家教”市场是通过各个参与主体的成本一收益分析和人力资本投资的思考，并受教育资源稀缺、传统文化和人口等因素的影响而自发形成的。“有偿家教”问题的治本之法是发展经济、完善民主政治，治标之法是改革教育制度、高考制度、人事制度、更新教育观念、增加教育经费。
