摘    要:客观地评价课堂教学质量对于促进教师教学、提高培养学生的质量意义重大。但现行的课堂教学质量评价存在诸多问题如评价主体单一、指标体系不科学、程序不完善等,因此,科学的课堂教学质量评价需要在评价主体上建立三元主体制度,在评价指标上设计科学化的指标、评价程序要遵循正当原则等。

Abstract:To objectively apprais the classroom instructing quality has an significant meaning for promoting the teacher teaching and enhancing the raising student's quality. But the present classroom instructing quality appraisement has many questions such as the appraising body is too unitary, indicator system is not scientific, the procedure is imperfect and so on. Therefore, the scientific classroom instructing quality appraisement needs to establish three aspects of body systems, designs scientific index system and the evaluatingprocedure should follow the right principle and so on.
