| 摘 要： | “亚健康”状态广泛存在于高校学生中，其原因有体力、脑力、心理、社会四个方面的诱因。高校领导应充分认识心理健康教育的紧迫性，完善校内心理健康教育机构，加强心理教育课程建设，提高心理咨询水平。

| Abstract: | The state of sub-health exists widely in the higher education students, mainly caused by the factors as physical force, mental force, psychological and social reasons. Therefore, the leaders in the higher education universities should fully recognize the urgency of psychological health education, perfect the organization of inside psychological health education, strengthen its course establishment and raise the level of psychological advice. |
