| 摘 要： | 实践"以人为本"发展价值观,必须坚持以经济建设为中心的全面协调发展观,为实现好广大人民利益打下物质基础。确立社会发展与进步的人文标准,认真解决民生问题,不断提高人民生活水平。注重维护社会公平,让全体人民共享发展成果。倡导科学的生产方式和生活方式。树立正确的生态价值观,走人与自然和谐共存之路。

| Abstract: | The article points out that the realization of "people-orientation" development value must insist on the over-all harmony development view.In order to establish the economic foundation for the benefits of the public,we should insist on the policy of taking economic construction as the center.Humanity standard of social development and advancement should be set in order to solve the people's living problems and level people's living standard.We should keep the social justice and ensure that the whole nation can enjoy the development achievements.Scientific ways of producing and living should be advocated,and biotic value should be set up.Human beings and nature should live together harmoniously. |
