| 摘 要： | 我国高校教师培训的个体需求将由重学历培训轻非学历培训,转变为终身需求的知识性培训、学术性培训和教学性培训并重。应通过政策引导、全面推行教师职务聘任制、实施教师培训制度、建立培训运行保障机制等措施,促使教师重视非学历培训和教学性培训,提高培训效果,满足高校教师培训的个体需求。

| Abstract: | Changes have taken place in individual demand of teacher training of higher education in China.More importance being attached to education background and non-education background should be changed to emphasis on knowledge training,academy training and teaching training.In order to meet the individual demand of teacher's demand,such measures as policy guiding,implementation of teacher's employment and teacher's development,establishment of guarantee mechanism of training should be taken by urging teachers to pay attention to the training of non-education background. |
