| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会、经济的发展，我国旅游业在世界旅游业中的地位不断提高，旅游人才建设日益提到重要的战略地位。我们必须充分认识人才培养的重要性，增强人才建设的责任感和紧迫感。因而，应大力发展旅游教育，提高旅游队伍的素质，以人才支撑旅游业快速、健康地向前发展。
