| 摘 要： | 新课程是一场意义重大的教育重组活动,要求转变教师的观念与角色。新课程是对传统教师观念与角色的反思：由教师中心转向学生中心,教师不再是传统意义上的“教书匠”、“蜡烛”和“园丁”,而是学生学习的引领者和促进者、教育教学的研究者和设计者、学生学习的合作者和交流者、课程的建设者和开发者。

| Abstract: | New Courses are significant in the educational reorganization, and they require the transfer of the teacher's notion and roles. According to New Courses, teachers are no longer the"teachers"in the traditional sense. Instead they should change their"teacher-oriented"approach into"student-oriented"approach, and become students' guide, promoter, communicater and cooperater. |
