| 摘 要： | 当前高职院校大学生就业指导机制发挥了重要作用,但还存在许多不足,即就业指导工作还没有受到高度重视,就业指导安排滞后,就业指导的内容与形式单调,就业指导机构职责范围狭窄。这些不足是高职院校大学生就业指导机制创新的动因。建立与健全就业指导全程化机制,创新就业指导的内容,创新就业指导的形式,建立与健全就业指导机构,组建一支强有力的就业指导队伍成为高职院校大学生就业指导机制创新的路径选择。

| Abstract: | The student employment guidance mechanism in vocational colleges has played a vital role now,but it also has many insufficiencies,namely the employment guidance work is not highly valued,the employment guidance arrangement lags,the content and form of the employment guidance are monotonous,and the scope of official duty of the employment guidance organizations is narrow.
