| 摘 要： | 我国普通高中教育阶段还没有建立系统、完善的资助体系,成为整个教育阶段资助体系的一个盲点。实证研究发现,农村地区普通高中贫困生资助工作主要存在下列问题：政府资助资金严重不足;学校成为资助主体,但缺少资助能力,资助力度过小,资助面过窄,资助效果不明显;社会捐赠偏向于优质学校。在＂无补助、高学费＂的情况下,我国农村地区普通高中贫困生问题十分严峻,建立农村普通高中贫困生资助体系势在必行。
